A fascist is someone who acts as if sovereignty of decision making lies presumptively in the collective rather than the individual, identifies the collective with an ethnic group (usually the majority group) within a nation state, considers the will of that group to be expressed by a specific leader and that repressive measures are justified to enforce the leader's will against any dissent.

Anarcho-capitalism doesn't fit the fascist bill since it doesn't really believe in the state at all (except maybe as a police force to protect property). Its another manifestation of the resistance by wealth oligarchies and aristocracies to democratic claims on their wealth and status, especially in times of rampant inequality. Its probably the ethnic issue that makes the difference. But Milei is strongly pro-Israel so he's an unlikely Argentine fascist.

Truss also claimed to some US right-wing think tank that her plans for the UK were thwarted by the “deep state” - Joan the Baptist martyred by the blob (just like Trump isn’t anything like Navalnyev!). Bonkers and dangerous is one hell of a combo
